退换/退款详情

1. 我们接受因尺寸不合适 想要换尺寸的要求

i. 您需要先把要换尺寸的服饰寄回（请私信联络我们）

ii. 我们会向额外收取RM5的费用+寄回去的邮费

iii. 确认要换尺寸了让我们知道 我们会和您进行一些手续

* 其余理由（例如不喜欢/想换别款）都不被接受✖️

～为了避免不必要的麻烦 请在下单前跟着提供的服饰尺寸进行测量/选择合适的尺寸～

2. 我们接受退换/退款 因出现有问题的服饰（一些不可清洗的污垢/瑕疵/货不对）

i. 麻烦在收到货3天内联系我们安排退换/退款

ii. 若选择退货 寄回来的邮费由CLOYU.STUDIO承担, 我们收到包裹后 检查了没问题就会退款给您

iii. 若选择退换服饰 双方的邮费都由CLOYU.STUDIO承担

1. We accept the requests for exchange of sizes if can't fit it

i.You need to send back the cloth you want to exchange first ( Please contact us within 3 days)

ii. There will be an additional charge of Rm5 + return postage 

iii. Please let us know if you are sure you want to exchange and we will go through some procedures with you 

* We can't accept other reasons (e.g. don't like it/ want to exchange it to another cloth) ✖️

～ Please kindly following the size chart we've provided and measure & select it～

2. We accept the requests for exchange / return&refund when received the cloth that had some unwashable dirt/defect/wrong item）

i. Please contact us within 3 days to arrange it

ii. If choose to return the items, the return postage will pay by CLOYU.STUDIO ,we will refund to you after we received and checked the return parcel.

iii. If choose to exchange the items, both parties of the return postage will pay CLOYU.STUDIO

⚠️请在收到服饰的3天内联系我们，并在5天内提供邮寄证明，逾期将不被受理。

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your product and provide the tracking number within 5 days，will not be accepted after that time.
